Privacy Policy

Effective 28 August 2026 · applies to the Huefall iOS app

Huefall is a puzzle game by Asgar Amrahov. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no social features. Your progress is stored only on your device. This policy explains the little data that does leave it, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Gameplay analytics

Anonymous events such as “level 12 won in 90 seconds”, “tutorial step shown” or “this pour made Mud”, sent through Google Analytics for Firebase. They contain level numbers, counts, durations and true/false flags — never your name, email, contacts, location, or anything you type. There is nothing you can type.

We use them for one purpose: finding levels that are too hard or too easy, and fixing them. Ad-personalisation signals are switched off in the app's configuration, and the analytics SDK does not read your advertising identifier.

Advertising

Huefall shows ads through Google AdMob, starting at level 10. There is an occasional full-screen ad after a level — at most one every three levels — and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for a booster. To show and measure ads, Google may process device information such as IP address and device model, and — only if you allow tracking — the advertising identifier. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Buying Remove ads or the Everything bundle stops all of this permanently: with that entitlement the app makes no ad requests at all.

Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app stores which non-consumable products you own, so it can honour them after a reinstall, and nothing else.

What we never collect

No name, no email, no contacts, no photos, no location, no microphone, no health data, no free-text input. Huefall plays fully offline; none of the above is needed to play it.

We do not run a crash-reporting service. Crash reports you choose to share with Apple go to Apple under Apple's own policy, not to us.

Consent in the EEA and the UK

Where consent is required, Google's consent form appears before any ad-related data is used. The advertising SDK is not started at all until the form has been answered, so no ad request, and no ad measurement, happens before you have made a choice. Decline and you will see non-personalised ads, or none; the game plays exactly the same either way. You can change your answer at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options in the app.

The gameplay analytics described above are first-party, anonymous and carry no advertising identifier. They begin when the app launches and are not part of the ad consent form.

App Tracking Transparency

Huefall never asks about tracking on first launch. Apple's tracking prompt appears once, when you reach level 10 — the point at which ads unlock. It is asked from the game itself, on a schedule, not by the ad SDK and never as a condition of an ad loading.

Allowing makes ads more relevant. Declining changes nothing about the game: same levels, same boosters, same rewards, less relevant ads. You can change your answer any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and the app links you straight there from its own Settings screen.

Deleting your data

On your device
Settings → “Delete local data” in the app wipes all progress, stars, coins and settings instantly and permanently.
Analytics
Events are anonymous and expire automatically on Google's servers. To request deletion tied to your device's app instance, email us and we will action it through Firebase's deletion API.
Advertising identifier
Reset or switch it off any time in iOS Settings. Deleting the app also ends any association with it.

Children

Huefall is rated 4+ and contains nothing objectionable, but it is a general audience app: it is not directed at children, it is not in the Kids Category, and it shows third-party ads.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top changes with it and the new version appears here before the app update that needs it.
